Return & Refunds

We gladly accept returns for unworn or unused items. Just contact us at info@zengoda.com | or Request a return directly

Please provide us with your order number within five (5) days of delivery. Return the item(s) to us within 14 days in total. (must arrive at brand's own return address within 14 days from delivery date). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that may get lost in transit. We always suggest our clients use a trackable and fully insured method of shipment.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within same day working hours of purchase.  An address change could be applied any time before your order has shipped.  Please contact us directly at  info@zengoda.com or chat with us with your order number and your name in the subject line.

Conditions of Return

To make return the item(s);

• Firtsly You have to contact us via e-mail (info@zengoda.com) or chat within five (5) days of delivery,
• All items must be returned in brand new condition; unused and worn.
• The items must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.
• Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch , Gift box included)
