Q: Do the brands you sell produce their collections in factories in less developed countries?
A: Most manufacturing of items sold through Zengoda is done in the Türkiye, USA or Europe by the designer themselves or under their close supervision. If not, we encourage our designers to only use local artisans from the country of origin and using traditional methods.

Q: How long will it take to get my package?
A: All items except (fine jewelry and gold jewelry ) are ready to ship immediately. Delivery time is 1-7 working days depending on the shipping type you select

Q: Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
A:We ship orders worldwide! See our Delivery page for more information. The cost of shipping flat rate from (our designers are based globally, from Türkiye, USA to Italy, and everywhere in between).

Q: How do I place an order on your website?
A: To place an order on our website, simply browse our selection of jewelry and clothing items, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have all the items you want, proceed to the checkout page to enter your shipping and payment information.
Q: What should I do if the item I have just received is faulty or damaged?
A: In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or damaged when you receive it, please inform our customer Service team within 5 days from the date you received it, via info@zengoda.com. or chat with us. .
Please include a photo and description of the fault and we will arrange a return for a refund or replacement for you.
Q: Will I be charged customs and import duties?
A: We dont include the cost of all duties and taxes in your order, so you may need to pay any additional fees if you are located in any of the following countries:
UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
If you are ordering from inside the destinations listed above, the price you pay to Zengoda will exclude all relevant duties and taxes. As the recipient of the order, you will need to pay any import duties and taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs. We are unable to advise on the exact amount, and recommend you contact your local customs office/tax authority before placing an order.
Q: I’ve ordered items from multiple brands, will I have to pay for multiple shipping costs?
A: No. You only pay a flat shipping fee. We work with local artisan designers from all over the world, but products are often shipped from many different locations and some items may have multiple shipping costs. We may indicate this on the checkout page.
Q: Do I need to sign for my order?
A: Yes - for security reasons all deliveries require a signature. You can have your order delivered to a work address such as an office, just update the delivery address during checkout.
Q: My order hasn’t arrived, can you help?
A: Once your item has been dispatched from the independent designer you will receive an email with a tracking number which you can use to find out the status of your delivery. If you didn’t receive an email or you would like any help just Contact Us. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery following dispatch although usually this will be quicker. You can inquire about your cargo by calling or visiting your nearest cargo branch. otherwise pleasce contac us
Q: How can I exchange my order?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange sizes, you'll need to place a new order for the size that you need and return your original order, as we're unable to put stock on hold.
Q: Will my delivery fee be refunded if I change my mind?
A: Unfortunately we cannot refund the delivery fee if you change your mind and wish to make a return.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and all major credit card. We accept payment in $USD so that you know exactly what you are paying. You can pay shop pay installement also.
Q: Can I pay over the phone?
A: Unfortunately we're unable to take payment over the phone buy you can ask your quesions over Whatsapp line.
Q: Is it safe to shop at Zengoda?
A: Our website uses the Shopify infrastructure to process online shopping transactions. Shopify is an e-commerce platform with high standards for security and privacy. All payment transactions on our website are conducted through the secure payment system provided by Shopify Payments. we also offer other payment systems such as 2checkout or iyzico payment systems
