For all orders placed through Zengoda, You can return your order as long as they comply with our return policy. 


How to Return


We gladly accept returns for unworn or unused items.

Please provide us with your order number within five (5) days of delivery. It's easy to return. To make return the item(s) to us within five (30) days of delivery,(must arrive at brand's own return address within 30 days from delivery date). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Submit a return request

    Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  • 1. Log in to your account:
  • 2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  • 3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • 4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  • 5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  • 6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  • 7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  • 8. Click Request return.

  • If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned and approved by seller brand, you receive a refund.

    We would like to make your return processes as fast as possible. Please kindly review and follow our product return policy for a smooth and hassle-free process. Return requests made outside the return period may not be refunded.
    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that may get lost in transit. We always suggest our clients use a trackable and fully insured method of shipment.

    It is important to contact us first regarding returns. Do not send your returns without contacting us first. Please kindly review and follow our product return policy for a smooth and hassle-free process. Please note that every return is the responsibility of the brand from which you made the purchase. You can contact us with any questions or to receive an update on your refund status.


    We do not offer exchanges. For a different size or style, please firstly refund your order and place new order via Zengoda. For help reach us.

Returns Policy


Returns must comply with our policy:


Want to return your item? No problem! Just send it back to us in the same box and packaging it came in. Make sure to include all tags and your original order slip. If you have the invoice, please send that along too—it'll speed up the process. Your item needs to be in perfect condition, just like when you got it. If it's damaged or used, we won't be able to accept it, sorry

If the product you ordered meets our product return policies, we will initiate the return process for you. If your return is accepted, we'll send email to your registered email instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


All returns must be received back by the independent brand within 30 days to be accepted and eligible for a full refund. For returns made using our returns service, original delivery fees will not ordinarily be refunded. Returns should go back to the independent brand directly. please do not return your order via any other means unless directed to by us.


You will need to include your packing slip inside the package when you return it to us. Any returns without a packing slip may not be accepted. All items must be returned in the original packaging provided. Where provided, any branded packaging such as dust bags, jewellery boxes and clothing tags should be included in your return.

The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to you. Footwear should be returned unmarked, unworn and in the original and undamaged packaging

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:

The product description information on our website and online sales channels is the most up-to-date information communicated to Zengoda by the supplier of the product. In case of any difference between the product label information and the information available on our website and online sales channels, the responsibility lies entirely with the supplier.

All jewelry earrings, men's and women's underwear clothing,face masks are final sale - unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on face masks. Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear.

Returns may not be accepted if the strip has been removed or if the items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer. Skincare and beauty products can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any plastic wrapping intact.

You cannot return items that have been made to order or personalised for you.

Refunds

*Once the independent brand receives the returned item(s) ; Your return will be processed smoothly as long as it complies with our return policy. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-7 business days. You will receive a notification email once the refund process is completed. We are always happy to assist you during this process.

Please also note that for payments made via Shop Pay Installement, a 5% fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Payment by Credit Card: For all payments made by credit card, a 2.9% POS commission fee is applied during the refund process. It does not apply to returns of faulty and defective orders.

Once the refund has been made, please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account or to show on your statement.We do not offer exchanges. For a different size or style .

Cancellations


Changed your mind? No problem! We might still be able to cancel your order with the independent brand before it's processed and shipped.


To request a cancellation, please contact within 3 hours after your order

Once your order has been shipped, as indicated by a notification email 'Your order is on its way', cancellation is no longer possible. At this point, your order has been handed over to the shipping company and cannot be canceled.

Faulty Goods

If you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 5 days with a photo and a description of the defect. You can contact us here. We may arrange a free return for a refund or replacement at no extra cost. Report the faulty or defective product to Zengoda within 5 days. Please contact us during this period. We will contact the seller and try to find a solution. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse will not be considered faulty. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and, if it complies with our return policy, we will initiate the refund process. If the returned product is damaged, please contact the shipping company and request a damage report. This report will help us process your return more quickly
. Please contact us within this period. We will contact the seller brand and try to find a solution.

Items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident or through misuse will not be considered faulty. Once the returned product reaches us, relevant inspections will be conducted, and if it complies with our return policy, the refund process will be initiated.

Before your order is sent, our independent brand carries out final quality checks and ships the product to you.
