Please provide us with your order number within five (5) days of delivery. Return the item(s) to us within 30 days in total. (must arrive at brand's own return address within 30 days from delivery date). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that may get lost in transit. We always suggest our clients use a trackable and fully insured method of shipment.

It is important to contact us first regarding returns. Do not send your returns without contacting us first.

Your return will arrive at the seller's address as soon as it reaches it. If your return meets our criteria, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase or to your account.

To make return the item(s);

• Firtsly You have to contact us via e-mail (info@zengoda.com) or chat within five (5) days of delivery,
• All items must be returned in brand new condition; unused and worn.
• The items must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.
• Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch , Gift box included)
